The details

 

  • From the moment you decide you want to work with me you can count with my support on the planning of your wedding day, when it's photography related of course.
  • You can expect your images to be carefully edited and delivered to you on the highest quality available to me.
  • The time it takes me to get your images ready can be between 3 to 4 weeks. An album order can take 6 to 7 weeks. You can read about albums here.
  • You will get two versions from your images, one in high quality and one for web use.
  • No photos are delivered unedited or in RAW format. 
  • The pictures you get are already edited so you don't need to crop them or apply filters on them when you decide to use them on the internet. If an image I made is used or posted online and it is modified or altered in a way which doesn't reflect my work on it's own right I can ask you to take the image down.
  • Studio9photography holds the rights to use and publish the images of the weddings, portraits and sessions I photograph. If you don't want your photos to be used by me, please let me know in a timely manner.
  • Studio9photography write blogs about the weddings I photograph, as you know I share stories in social media and that is what I do, telling and sharing stories. That of course with respect to your privacy, if you absolutely don't want to share your love story let me know in a timely manner.
  • To reserve your date on my calendar a prepayment is needed, this is a €250,- fee and it's not refundable in case of cancellation.
  • The rest of the payment of the wedding has to be made to completion at least two weeks before the wedding day.
  • Your images are delivered to you once, in case of an loss or something happening to the images delivered to you don't worry, your images are safely stored on my server (not on my current system) for 6 months after delivery. You are able to re-order your photos again for a €90.- fee.
  • The storage of the photos for an extra year has a cost of €99.-
  • All fees mentioned include tax/btw (in the Netherlands).
